Vienna Convention on Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage
In case of nucleur disaster A country will be liable to pay compensation to its neighboring country also.
above statement provides protocol of csc which will be applicable to India to Sri Lanka in case kundalkullum disaster since recent developments are there ie Now Sri Lanka is opposing the starting of this TN plant being operational and there is no protocol where any country can stop operations of a nucleur plant till there is a DISASTER.(this is in retaliation towards India voting against SL in UNHRC)
India hasnt ratified its own civil nucleur liability bill yet.
