The website has URL http://opex.nic.in. and gives the details of OPEX 2012 programme, the strategy as well as full details for all the identified 16 sports disciplines. its   launched OPEX London 2012 a comprehensive programme in March 2011 for imparting focused training to Indian sportspersons for preparation in London Olympics 2012. the website provides details of core probables, coaches, support staff, national coaching camps, international exposure, approximate expenditure, sports persons who have qualified so far and the qualifying events. GOI  disclosed that Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation has allowed convergence of Member of Parliament Local Area Development (MPLADS) with Panchyat Yuva Krida Aur Khel Abhiyan (PYKKA) and the Urban Sports Infrastructure Scheme (USIS) of the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports.
